This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use Mexiv. We are committed to handling your data with transparency, minimalism, and respect. We collect only what is strictly necessary to operate the app's core features — nothing more.

Mexiv collects the minimum data necessary to provide its features. The table below details every category of data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is processed.

Mexiv includes a built-in analysis feature called Circuit Brief that helps you evaluate your deck's performance characteristics. This analysis is performed entirely on your device using local computation — no data is transmitted to any external server or third-party service.
Circuit Brief analysis covers:
All analysis data remains on your device. The Circuit Brief feature reads your locally stored deck list and performs all calculations on-device. No deck content, analysis results, or any other data is ever sent to a remote server.
No third-party processing: Mexiv does not use any external AI service, cloud analysis platform, or third-party data processor for its analysis features. Every computation happens locally within the app sandbox on your device.
Your control: You can use all deck management features of Mexiv without ever using Circuit Brief. The analysis is entirely optional and you choose when to run it. Because all processing is local, no consent prompt for data transmission is needed — your data never leaves your device.
We do not collect any account-type identity information, including but not limited to:
There is no user database. Mexiv maintains no server-side user profiles, no login sessions, and no session tokens tied to individual users.
All app data is stored locally on your device. Your deck lists, version history, photographs, and analysis results are stored only on the device you use. Uninstalling Mexiv permanently removes all local data.
Because no account exists, there are no "account recovery," "account merge," or "account deletion" processes. Deleting the app is the complete and immediate mechanism for removing all data associated with your use of Mexiv.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your data to any third party for commercial purposes. Mexiv does not transmit your deck lists, photographs, or analysis data to any external service.

No third-party data processing for analysis: All deck analysis, including Circuit Brief evaluations, is performed locally on your device. Mexiv does not rely on any external AI platform, cloud processor, or third-party service for its core features.
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of users, provided such disclosure is limited to the minimum scope legally required.
Payment model: Mexiv offers one-time consumable In-App Purchases (e.g., coins or credits) processed entirely through the Apple App Store. There are no membership plans, no billing cycles, no cancellation flows, and no recurring charges of any kind.
What Mexiv does not collect: Mexiv does not access, store, or process your credit card number, bank account details, Apple ID password, or any other payment credentials. All payment transactions are handled exclusively by Apple.
What Mexiv receives from Apple: After a purchase is completed, Apple sends Mexiv a receipt indicating only whether the purchase was successful. This receipt does not contain your payment method details, card number, or any financial information.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled directly by Apple under App Store policies. Mexiv does not have access to your payment history and cannot process refunds independently.

How to exercise your rights — local data: Because all Mexiv data is stored locally on your device with no server-side account, the most direct and complete method to delete all your data is to uninstall Mexiv from your device. This immediately and permanently removes all deck lists, photographs, version history, and cached content.

Note: Because Mexiv has no account system, there is no "account deletion" process. Uninstalling the app is the complete equivalent — it removes all data immediately and requires no additional steps from us.

Despite these measures, no system is completely immune to security risks. We continuously review and improve our security practices.
Children's Privacy: Mexiv is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at Mexiv@gmail.com. Upon verification, we will promptly delete all such information from our records.
For users in the European Economic Area, we comply with GDPR requirements regarding the processing of data for minors. For users in California, we comply with COPPA and CCPA provisions relating to minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this document.

Continued use: Continuing to use Mexiv after a policy update takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. If you do not agree with the updated terms, please discontinue use of Mexiv and uninstall the app to remove all local data.
